Pradera Urbana , our design proposal for the International Competition for the Renewal of the Plaza de España in Madrid, promoted by the City Council, was one of the 5 shortlisted proposals to go to the Second Round of Design after a selection process with a combination of the votes from a Technical Jury and the Popular voting by Madrilenians .
In fact, our proposal came out as the preferred design by citizens out of the 73 contestants.
