The proposal is to preserve the former granite and brick buildings, the wooden structure, the granite towers. Uncovering the ceiling structure, the load brick walls. Reparing the incovinience caused by the proximity to the road. Enhancing the existing patios and proposign new ones, the existing structures and claims. Cutting the continous existing volume, a new perimetral fence encloses the open spaces turning them into patios, the restaurants and the gym open towards this patios .

The main characteristics of the patios are the materials and a pair of vegetal motif structures which become a reference from the motorway.
