Following the strategy developed together with WEST 8 on the Masterplan for the Pegaso City, one of the former historical entrance pavilions  will be transformed into a Kindergarden for use of the employees of the Bussinness Park. The historical building will be renovated keeping its appearance on the outside, and only in the interior will be adapted to accommodate its new function. A new sculpture, similar to the one located in its symmetrical pavilion will be its iconic image rom the A-2 Highway.
